Template files are placed in following location.
~/Library/Application Support/Stationery/
This folder will be automatically generated when StationeryPalette are launched for the first time. Some templates are pre-installed.
The easiest method of to add a new template is to drag a file from the Finder and dropping it on StationeryPalette's window.
